Lovingly converted industrial building with rich history, in the Yorkshire village of Clayton West, on the edge of the Peak District National Park. The surrounding countryside is very peaceful and quiet. The flat is self-contained, with an entry hall with kitchen, a shower room with toilet and a bed-sitting room. A spacious, detached and self-contained one bedroom flat - access via steps with handrail. It is just 5 mins walk from the village train station with access to Manchester, Leeds and direct to Sheffield. It has open plan living, dining, kitchen and study areas with separate shower room and parking within a private gated driveway. No use of main garden but has french windows, juliet balcony and a lovely garden view. Ideal for a relaxing break. Close to Holmfirth, Yorkshire and Peak District.
