It has a fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, air conditioning, floor heating, ventilation system, WiFi, Smart TV, king-size boxspring bed, sofa bed, river view, and elevator. The flat has its designated parking space. The multi-family building is completely barrier-free from parking lot to the flat.

We didn't have the heart to tear down Grandma Hilde's house. So we renovated the house for 1 year and got as much charm as possible. Enjoy your own hideaway with a large sun terrace, the old half-timbered but modern facilities. The house is at the narrowest point of Starkenburg, so that you can enjoy the distant view towards the Mosel river and the beautiful Ahringstal. Lovingly renovated winegrower's house, built around 1680, with all modern comforts. The Moselle landscape invites you to wine tasting, fishing, canoeing, hiking, horseback riding and much more. Historic towns and castles are nearby. It is a great house for a stay with family and friends or for a vacation with several generations. Up to eight adults can easily share the house. Kids are welcome. One additional kid's bed and a crib are available.
