~ Kimitsu, 100-year-old traditional house ~ Golfers welcome! Small children, the elderly, and people with disabilities can stay with peace of mind.

The hotel is located in a village just a short walk from the Boso skyline with a beautiful countryside. In the 1920s, a house built by a carpenter as a home has come back to modern times. 20 minutes by car to the center of Kimitsu and 35 minutes to the center of Kamogawa. It is within 1 hour to the neighboring Kisarazu Outlet, Futtsu Beach, Masayama, Mother Ranch, Nogiri Falls, Kamogawa SeaWorld and other representative tourist attractions on the Boso Peninsula. On site, there is a very quiet environment where you can plant bamboo shoots, plums, blueberries, chestnuts, and persimmon trees. Neighborhood houses are far away, so we don't mind the voices of babies and small children, and there are toys and picture books in the room. There is also a ramp at the entrance, a large toilet and bathroom that can be moved indoors in a wheelchair.Electric beds are also available. We would appreciate it if you could use it as a destination for the elderly, sickness, or disability. Nearby is the prestigious golf course nearby. Golf enthusiast, how is it to take a relaxing bath in the semi-open-air bath after playing? You can enjoy mahjong, life games, etc. on rainy days. People with children, please message.

Cats sometimes come to the garden, 7-minute walk to the sea, sauna available, small, traditional, rural house by the sea where you can enjoy Japanese culture, sleeps 5 people

We renovated an old house that my grandmother used to live in, as much as we could by ourselves. Kujukuri Beach, which spreads out as soon as you walk, is a memorable place where relatives and friends have gathered and spent time together for many years. I wanted to make it a place full of smiles again, like it was back then, so I've been working on it little by little. Now, with high-speed optical Wi-Fi and a sauna, it's a space where families, couples, and friends can relax. One of the charming things about this house is that cats who live nearby casually visit the garden. It is the perfect location for those who want to enjoy a quiet time by the sea. Yoga mats, foot massagers, folding chairs and sleeping chairs that can be used at the beach, carts, 2 bicycles, sand sets and toys for children, chairs, auxiliary toilets, picture books, hanging tents, etc., we have facilities that will delight small children. Please let me know if you need any assistance with long-term stays. We also offer special discounts for workations. It's dimly lit, so you can sleep very well.It may not be a job. We hope you have a peaceful time in the midst of nature.

Tateyama/1 group per day/Yumenoyado

I turned the detached house next to the main house into a small guest house. This is a simple inn with a little bit of a Showa-era feel, limited to one group. From the second person, it is 4,500 yen. Please feel free to use it with friends or alone. There are dogs and cats on the☆ premises, so unfortunately it is difficult for those who do not like animals to use it. From ☆the parking lot, walk 2 minutes along a narrow path that cars cannot pass, and there are slopes and stairs.(There are two sets of three steps) The ☆back is a forest, so we clean it carefully, but unfortunately, if you don't like insects, it will be difficult to stay. There are no supermarkets or convenience stores within walking distance of the☆ inn.We recommend checking in after you have finished shopping. It is a little inconvenient, but it is a quiet environment. Please feel free to use it as if you were in a small villa. ☆Barbecue utensils are available for rent for 2,000 yen. Please clean up by 10 pm and enter the room. * Food ingredients are not included in the price.

/Japanese Old Traditional Style House_HARUNOYA

We renovated a traditional Japanese house that was formerly a teahouse for Airbnb. The architect is Saeko Yamada. Although it is a small space of about 10 tatami, it is a historic house wrapped in soft and colorful light, and we hope you will have an experience that sharpens your senses. It is located in a quiet residential area, so it can only be used by those who follow the house rules. * As a general rule, this building does not allow visitors other than guests. * We renovated an old Japanese-style house, which used to be a tea room, for use on Airbnb. The architect was Suzuko Yamada. * As a rule, this building is not open to non-guests. *

Grandma's House

Imagine a slower, simpler, more serene place and time. A place set between emerald green rice fields and an endless sandy beach. An unhurried time of the past, when family and friends sat, talked, ate and drank on traditional tatami, or under the stars, with the faint sound of waves crashing rhythmically in the background. This is what you’ll find at Grandma’s House, a tastefully preserved mid-twentieth century cottage five minutes on foot from Toyoumi Beach in Kujukuri town.
