In addition, no visitors other than guests are allowed. Please be sure to let us know before check-in if the number of guests changes.

★　Accommodation room permitted by the administration　★ 3-minute walk from JR Chuo Line Koenji station. It is located in a quiet back alley one step from a shopping street. There is a convenience store, a supermarket, and a coin laundry within a 2-minute walk, and a public bath just a 5-minute walk away. Lots of taverns and cafes are just around the corner, and many are affordable and open until late at night. Even long-term stays aren't inconvenient at all. This condominium has an Italian and Spanish bar in the basement. If you have any problems, we will respond quickly! Equipped with TV, WIFI, fridge, air conditioner, electric blanket (winter only: stay warm even in mid-winter), hair dryer, towels, toothbrushes, shampoo, laundry detergent, hangers, hot water pot, microwave, electromagnetic cooker, glasses, cups, dishes, and simple cookware. Even though it's a small room, it is fully equipped. Shinjuku station is 3 minutes on foot, 7 mins by train, and Tokyo station is 20 minutes. It is a very convenient location. Koenji is a popular area where many celebrities live. After experiencing this convenient environment, many people can't leave the city. Enjoy your stay in Tokyo in this great location!

Cozy retreat 6 mins walk to Koenji Station 1 queen bed & EX bed

Great access to various places, with a 6-minute direct train to Shinjuku Station! Koenji Station is well known for its many thrift stores. There are many unique bars and private shops. The location of the accommodation is close to the shopping district, yet quiet, so I think you will have a convenient and comfortable stay. The host is on the first floor, but the room is on the second floor, accessed by an outside staircase, and the entrance is completely private. If you're using an extra bed for two people, please let me know in advance that you need an extra bed. If you have a baby, let us know and we'll provide a stroller, baby chair, and a simple baby crib. Please note that Japanese accommodations require a passport photo and personal information (name, address, occupation, etc.).

It is a 4-5 minute walk from the station, and there are bakeries and restaurants on the first floor of the same building. The road from the station to the room is full of privately owned restaurants and shops that you can enjoy every day during your stay. Shinjuku is a 15-minute train ride away, and the next station is Kichijoji, next to Inokashira Park and the Ghibli Museum, so just taking a walk nearby will be enough to enjoy your stay.
