The Wren House is within walking distance of local lakeside attractions such as PM Park; the Tiki Bar; and the Ritz beach, shelter house and boat ramp (lake access that's much less crowded than city and state beach). Its only a 3 minute drive to Clear Lake State Park's trails, beach and picnic areas and less than 10 minutes to get downtown to spend time at the seawall, city beach, restaurants, bars and shopping. The cottage is quaint but very comfortable and stocked with all the trip essentials

Renovated inside and out, no really. This wasn’t lip stick on a pig like my competition, this single family home has new plumbing, electrical, insulation, windows, roof, siding, and more. This well appointed house offers safety, comfort, and convenience. Located on a well-lit street w/ exterior cameras, it's within walking distance to parks, trails, pickleball courts, community pool, and bars and restaurants. A noteworthy perk: charge your electric car in the driveway with our 220v or 110v.

You’ll love staying here because of the luxury casper mattresses, the beautiful woodwork, comfy furniture and lake views.. a home designed for your comfort. This listing is for the entire house. A large upper loft makes this a great option for families with kids or a peaceful adult retreat. Pets are family... so we are pet friendly, but do add a $25 dollar pet fee (per pet) for the duration of your stay.
