Two bedrooms (one king plus two queen beds), plus two sets of bunk beds in living room (total four twin beds), plus two small sleeper sofas (for kids) in one of the bedrooms - can sleep 8 guests comfortably, plus 2 kids on really small sleeper sofas. Just 3.5 miles south of Lost Maples State Natural Area, big tooth maples and live oaks surround the Orchard Inn, providing shade and privacy, even though our home is nearby.
