Die Sauna, ein Kanu, ein Ruderboot, ein Stand-Up-Paddle sowie eine Tischtennisplatte und Badminton können kostenfrei genutzt werden. Groß Raden hat ein archäologisches Freilichtmuseum mit Ferienprogrammen und zwei Restaurants. Vom Steg oder Boot aus kann geangelt werden. Zur Ostsee, nach Schwerin sowie nach Wismar und Rostock sind ca. 45 km.

Keine Haustiere, es fallen Extrakosten für Bettwäsche und Strom (im Winter) an.

Die Baumaßnahme hat leider deutlichen Verzug. Die Zugängikeit zur Villa Glückspilz ist gegeben.
