Welcome home! Well to our old home;) We loved living here during a recent renovation and are so excited to welcome guests to our newest listing! 10 min to the airport, 20 to Seattle, 30 to Tacoma it’s a great location for every destination! It’s the very spacious upper unit of this home with a smaller AirBnB downstairs. With two units atop one another we put special insulation and drywall in but peaceful cohabitation is a must :). Aside from outdoor space, the 2 units are completely separate.

Private beach cabin, Vashon Island

Some say the cabin has a nautical feel with galley kitchen, wood paneling and brass light fixtures. In the bathroom, copper pipes become towel racks. Outside there are deck chairs and more by the water along with a meditation maze made from beach stones. The lighthouse is a short beach walk away. The reading and writing room, across the path, is a refuge for solitary study or work. Enjoy the water, marine life and birds here where each season brings new joy and sometimes, excitement.

Bright and Airy Sunlight MIL Studio

Bright & spacious MIL with private entrance & parking. Enjoy the western view towards Puget Sound & watch the sunset from the peaceful Adirondack chairs in the backyard. Pamper yourself in the soaking tub, watch something on the smartTV with all the apps, snack on some provided munchies, & rest up in the memory foam bed. Located in a quiet neighborhood, but central to West Seattle, Burien, White Center, SeaTac, & 15 min to downtown Seattle. Please note we do live upstairs, you will hear us!

A charming studio on a 40 acre, forested estate. A 5 minute walk through woodland trails to our pristine, private Puget Sound beach, or drive 2 min to the lighthouse beach at Pt. Robinson Park. This fully furnished, light-filled studio sleeps 2 in a comfy queen bed, has a wood stove (wood provided), a full kitchen, bath with shower, picnic area and propane barbecue. Horses graze outside your window; wildlife abounds. Pets welcome with $45/1 or $60/2 fee. A non-smoking property.

Our favorite item is the 1950s Wurlitzer jukebox loaded with old classics. The neighborhood is quiet and the apartment is spacious for a one-bedroom. Enjoy the workspace, full kitchen, and outdoor picnic and bbq areas. You should have everything you need!
