In the evenings enjoy watching the activities on the bay, including wildlife (sea lions, otters, whales, eagles, birds, etc), commercial, charter, and tour boats & the cruise ships.

The perfect location for your family's Seward adventures! Just one mile from town while still being in a quiet, wooded neighborhood (and avoid the city bed tax). An eagle nest sits above Salmon Creek and, depending on the year, American Bald Eagles use the nest to raise young. You'll be a short drive from the grocery store, Exit Glacier, and the Alaska Sealife Center. Enjoy the full kitchen, outdoor grill, and fire pit. A short path crosses the 1 acre property to Salmon Creek.

The large front deck expands into a sitting area with fire pit, looking over the beach. Stoke the cedar sauna and enjoy walks to the north and south while it warms up! The whales, sea lions, seals, otters and birds make this place truly unique.
