Private shower in your bedroom under the roof with TV and view of the Pfronten Alps.On the ground floor you will find the toilet with sink and hairdryer as well as the living area and the fully equipped kitchenette with cooker including oven, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, dishwasher, microwave, fridge and freezer.f the main building and are freely accessible. Pets are allowed on request, a copy of the insurance is required for booking.

On the ground floor is the living room, as well as another room with king size bed (180x200) & TV connection and terrace access. On the ground floor there is a bathroom with shower. On the first floor there are 2 bedrooms with balcony access, in one of the two bedrooms there are single beds. Another bathroom with shower and bathtub is also on the upper floor.

The spacious living area features large windows that frame expansive views of the surrounding hills and valleys. A curved orange sofa with patterned cushions is complemented by a cozy rug and additional seating options. Natural wood accents enhance the warm atmosphere of the room.

The house is located about 15 / 20 minutes by car from some of the areas finest ski resorts like Mellau / Damüls, about 35 / 40 minutes to Austrias best and largest ski destination, the Arlberg, which is connected via Schröcken / Warth by direct cable car connection.
