Schön renoviertes Tiroler Ferienhaus mit Hüttencharakter (ca. 60 qm). Wunderschöner Blick übers Gurgltal in die Berge. Sehr ruhige Lage direkt an den Feldern. Sonniges Hanggrundstück mit großer Terrasse und wunderschöner Aussicht. Feuerschale mit Grillmöglichkeit, Sandkasten für die Kleinen.. Loipe vor dem Haus, Skigebiete in ca. 25 Minuten. Klettergebiete, Wanderungen etc. vom Haus aus möglich, Seen, Tauchgebiet, Golf etc. in 15 Autominuten. Die Möglichkeiten sind fast unbegrenzt!

Our sweet chalet, ideal for romantic hours. Private shower in your bedroom under the roof with TV and view of the Pfronten Alps.On the ground floor you will find the toilet with sink and hairdryer as well as the living area and the fully equipped kitchenette with cooker including oven, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, dishwasher, microwave, fridge and freezer.f the main building and are freely accessible. Pets are allowed on request, a copy of the insurance is required for booking.

The spacious bathroom features a freestanding bathtub and a walk-in shower with glass walls. A modern sink is situated on a wooden countertop, while warm tones are complemented by wooden beams and rustic wall accents. Soft lighting enhances the overall ambiance.

Im EG befindet sich ein Bad mit Dusche. Im OG gibt es 2 Schlafzimmer mit Balkonzugang, in einem der beiden Schlafzimmer befinden sich Einzelbetten. Ein weiteres Bad mit Dusche und Badewanne befindet sich ebenfalls im OG.

Modern wooden chalet with fantastic view over the whole valley and into the stunning austrian Alps. 3 floors with supercomfy charme, located above Schwarzenberg and a 5 minute drive to the Bödele ski resort. The house is located about 15 / 20 minutes by car from some of the areas finest ski resorts like Mellau / Damüls, about 35 / 40 minutes to Austrias best and largest ski destination, the Arlberg, which is connected via Schröcken / Warth by direct cable car connection.

Die Alte Sennerei Lechleiten ist ein liebevoll renoviertes Ferienhaus für idealerweise 6 aber maximal 10 Personen. Das teilweise über 400 Jahre alte Haus, welches ursprünglich zur Herstellung von Milchprodukten diente, wurde umfangreich saniert, wobei das Resultat eine Wohlfühloase aus modernem Komfort und uriger Gemütlichkeit ist.
