Shops, takeaways, pubs/restaurants, beauty salons, and Addison Park within walking distance. 8 minute drive to the train station and town centre, and 5 minute drive to the hospital. The area is peaceful. There is a back garden for you to enjoy, with one allocated parking space and free on-street parking. To the front of the property, there is a walkway lined with trees. This property is located in a friendly area with families and older individuals living nearby

The view to the rear is across cultivated farmland. The garden opens to the public under the National Garden Scheme on specific dates to raise money for nursing and health charities.
