Zwei reguläre Schlafplätze (Doppelbett 160x200cm) Es gibt zwei Not-Schlafplätze (2 Sofas mit 60x180cm, keine Verdunkelung) im Wohnbereich mit Panoramafenster. Keine Handtücher! Der Garten gehört nicht zum Airbnb Apartment. Leider keine Küche.(Wasserkocher, Kaffeemaschine+Geschirr ist vorhanden)

Unsere liebevoll renovierte Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen, grünen Wohngegend – ideal zum Abschalten nach einem erlebnisreichen Tag. Die großzügige Terrasse mit Blick ins Grüne lädt zum Verweilen ein. Perfekt für Festspielbesucher: Das Festspielhaus erreichen Sie bequem in nur 10 Min zu Fuß. Das Stadtzentrum ist ca. 2,5 km entfernt – ideal für alle, die die Nähe zur Natur schätzen, aber trotzdem schnell im Herzen Bayreuths sein möchten. Der Hauptbahnhof ist ebenfalls gut erreichbar (1,8 km).
