Relax with the family in the midst of nature on the Simo River! There's plenty of room for kids in the yard. You can walk to the woods from the yard, where there are ready-made trails and traces of a sled in the winter. Walking dogs is also easy in nature. The house has a kitchen, a wood-burning sauna, washrooms, a washer, a dryer, a TV, an air source heat pump, wifi, and a river view of the Simo River. Ready for bedding, towels, and detergents. Relax along the beautiful Kemijoki River in a nice log cabin from 1811. Renovated with modern amenities in 2021. In the yard, there is a new sauna/toilet and a barbecue hut and a sauna terrace. After the sauna, jump from the sandy beach into the fresh water of the Kemijoki River. On the beach, there is another sauna and a hot tub, which can be rented separately in the summer, as well as a gazebo, a barbecue area and a rowboat. Electric sauna,shower,toilet,stove,dishes,refrigerator and cooking utensils There's a trail to the beach and a rowing boat in use. The beach is rocky and doesn't have a dock, so you need to be able to swim if you take a dip in the river. An air source heat pump that just came in to keep the apartment nice and warmth in the winter.

Fully equipped home in Lapland with 2 bedrooms, kitchen and living room, large terrace and renovated bathroom. Extra house with sauna and guest room (in the summer time). Close to Kemi city with access to all services. Please note, while there are no bus services in the area, having a car or taxi will ensure seamless travel to explore the surrounding beauty.
