Rentoudu perheen kanssa luonnon keskellä Simojoen törmällä! Pihalla hyvin tilaa lapsille. Pihalta pääsee kävelemään metsään, jossa menee valmiita polkuja ja talvella kelkan jälkiä. Rentoudu kauniin Kemijoen varrella sympaattisessa vuodelta 1811 hirsimökissä. Remontoitu nykyaikaisin mukavuuksin v.2021. Pihanavetassa uusi sauna/wc ja grillitupa sekä saunaterassi . Saunan jälkeen pulahda hiekkarannalta Kemijoen raikkaaseen veteen. Rannalla toinen sauna sekä palju, vuokrattavissa erikseen kesäaikaan, sekä huvimaja grillauspaikka ja soutuvene. Liinavaatteet ja pyyhkeet kuuluvat hintaan Maaseudun hiljaisuudessa sielu lepää!

Majoitu maaseudun rauhassa viihtyisässä mökissä jokimaisemilla. Mökki on pienehkö,siistikuntoinen jossa kaikki tarvittava. Sähkösauna,suihku,wc,liesi,astiat,jääkaappi ja ruuanlaittovälineet Rantaan menee polku ja soutuvene käytössä. Ranta on kivipohjainen ja siinä ei ole laituria eli uimataitoinen täytyy olla jos joessa pulahtaa. Kohteessa juuri tullut ilmalämpöpumppu joka pitää huoneiston mukavan viileänä ja tuo talvella mieluisaa lämpöä.

Nice cottage (entire house) by the river near city

Fully equipped home in Lapland with 2 bedrooms, kitchen and living room, large terrace and renovated bathroom. Extra house with sauna and guest room (in the summer time). Close to Kemi city with access to all services. Please note, while there are no bus services in the area, having a car or taxi will ensure seamless travel to explore the surrounding beauty.
