You live right up in the woods and fields, with only 300 m to the beach with good swimming facilities and plenty of opportunity to fish. The cottage has 4 independent bedrooms, one of them with a loft. 2 bathrooms, one of which has a double shower and sauna. Spacious living room with alcoves. Outside, there is an outdoor spa and outdoor shower, dining area, sun loungers and barbecue.

Nice apartment newly renovated, on the 1st floor. With living room/kitchen, cozy and large bedroom and private toilet and bath. Free parking right at the door and lockbox. Welcome greeting in the refrigerator and always tea and coffee available. Kitchen with everything you need. Bedroom with Kingsize bed. Living room with large sofa and TV rural idyll, local merchant (9-15). Only 5 minutes from the E45 highway and 10 min to Aabenraa Hospital Enjoy a quick break from the trip or save the trip home, midweek at work.

Relax with the whole family in this modern cottage from 2023. 300 meters from a beautiful beach. The house has an open kitchen and living area with large windows. 3 rooms with blackout curtains and insect nets. Mezzanine with 2 sleeping places. 1 toilet and 1 toilet/bath. Large well-furnished terrace and lovely enclosed garden with lawn. Electricity and water are billed separately. Electricity 4.50 DKK/kwh Water 75 DKK/M3. The tenant must bring bed linens, towels, dish towels and kitchen towels.

Guesthouse (annex) 15 m2 with a two-person bed and bathroom with shower. 32" flatscreen with cable tv. Wi-Fi. No kitchen, but a fridge/freezer, plates, microwave, toaster, coffee/teaboiler and BBQ grill (outside). Small table and 2 chairs + one extra comfortable chair. Terrace with grill is avalible just outside the door. Pets are Welcome. There is free parking in the driveway at the adress. Bikes kan be parked at covered terrasse. 5 minutes walking distance from lake park and city centre.

Marielund is a danish farmhouse (est. 1907) in a beautiful and isolated spot right by the baltic sea. It has been completely refurbished, and includes modern amenities, a fireplace and good quality Scandinavian country style furnishing (completed in May 2020). Stunning location, 40 meters from a private beach with direct access through the large south facing garden. Enjoy the sounds of the sea, birdsong and the nights sky in absolute privacy, with no neighbours or tourism to be seen!

It is located in a unique protected area as the only cottage. It is a lovely cottage for those who want to enjoy nature in peace and quiet. You will love my home because of the location, the beautiful scenery aswell as sea views. There are good opportunities for fishing and trekking in the area. If you like paragliding, there are opportunities within 200 m, kite surfing within 500 m. Please notis Electricity must be paid separately, water is included

En hytte på 42 m2 beliggende på en større grund med direkte og uforstyrret udsigt til Hopsø. Hopsø er fredet og rummer et rigt fugleliv. Fra hytten er der af flere veje adgang til Genner bugt og badestrand - afstand 200 meter. Der er et skønt lys i hytten og er et perfekt “getaway” sted for 2 personer. Der er mulighed for opredning i stuen på en sovesofa til 2 yderligere. Der er kun et forhæng til soveværelset - ingen dør.

Studio apartment in a cozy cobblestone street, 5 min walk from the city center The apartment is on the ground floor, there is a new kitchen and bathroom. The apartment is cozy and tastefully decorated. There is an adjoining courtyard and parking in front of the house. Haderslev is 10 km from some of the best beaches on the East Coast. The city is surrounded by nature, has a cathedral and cozy streets. Close to the highway.

Modern house in beautiful natural surroundings

Super nice house by Kelstrup Strand - 400 meters to the water. Lovely elevated with views of fields and nature. Good swimming opportunities by the beach as well as great walking and biking in the area. Quiet neighborhood with only 10 minutes into the city of Haderslev with shopping and commerce. The house is built in 2016 - brand new with nice decor as seen in the pictures.
