It is a convenient place for living near Yumemutzan (supermarket), but it is not suitable for sightseeing purposes because it is a distance from sightseeing spots and downtown. We have a washer, dryer, refrigerator, etc., so it is suitable for business users such as remote work and business trips. If you come by car, you can park on the premises (free of charge).
