In the middle of nature, a beautiful 55m² cottage and a new 30m² yard building, as well as a large terrace and barbecue area. Air heat pump and fireplace in use. Close to good fishing, berry picking, and outdoor terrain. Kuopio 35 km, Riistavesi 10 km. The renter has access to a paddle board and a rowboat, as well as Wi-Fi. The cottage overlooks a beautiful and illuminated lighthouse. The cottage was built in 2002 and has been well maintained. The property is a regular cottage, not a hotel. Ideal for summer and winter accommodation. There is a rowboat on the beach. Between fishes – our house on the lake in Finland

Our piece of land is located on Kaita Järvi– an about 8 km long and a few hundred meter wide lake – it is a small peninsula that looks to the south. That means: sun from morning to evening (if it shines). There right on the shore you find our log cabin, with sauna, bathroom, living room with open kitchen and two small bedrooms. A few meters next to it is a studio like guesthouse, the "Aita". It is also very cosy and comfortable, but provides no own bathroom. Village Savonranta is 5 km away.

This great place is close to everything. The apartment is opposite the City Theater. The balcony also overlooks Valkeinen pond. The city center is a 10-minute walk. Likewise, Kuntolaakso swimming pool, Olvi Arena and Kuopiohalli are within walking distance. You can walk to KYS in just over 15 minutes. Bus stop right next door. You can leave your car on the adjacent street or in the Kuntolaakso paid parking garage. All the apartment's textiles are washed with fragrance-free detergents.
