You can reach the sea in 45 minutes by bike and in 15 minutes by car. Travel time Ferry from the port of Barth to Zingst about 45 minutes.

Whether for seasonal workers, vacationers or city travelers, our granny apartment in a quiet & central location can accommodate a maximum of 4 people. The apartment has a separate entrance. The city center is about 2.1 km away, and shopping for everyday needs is very close. For children, there are several playgrounds nearby and the connection to the island of Rügen is also very conveniently located. Our apartment is 40 square meters and laid out separately on the property. This is located in a popular Stralsund residential area, from which the old town can be reached in about 20 minutes on foot. It has a living-dining room, bedroom, children's room, bathroom with shower and a terrace with barbecue facilities. A car parking space is available. It is possible to store bicycles brought with you.

At night, you sleep peacefully and wake up to nature views.

Our house is very close to the city of Greifswald and the Hanseatic city of Stralsund is also not far away We have converted an old workshop especially for you, equipped with underfloor heating, TV, Wi-Fi and high-quality mattresses for a good night's sleep.
