The in 2019 builted 538 sq ft apartment is located on top of the garage of our architect's house in a quiet residential area 11 km away from Europapark. It has a separate entrance and consists of a spacious room with box-spring double bed (2m x 2m), sofa and dining area with unobstructed views of the nature (biotope). There is also a separate fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a walk-in shower. Wi-Fi and TV available. Furthermore, there is a separate parking space.

Ursprünglich war es mal ein Stall, der dann 2012 ausgebaut wurde und ab dem 01.04.2019 euch auch die Möglichkeit gibt,in einem Wasserbett zu übernachten. Es ist ausgeschlossen das in einem 2oo Jahr alten Gebeute Geräusche aus der Darüber liegende Wohnung zu hören sind und alles Staub-frei ist. Our apartment is located in Kappel-Grafenhausen, about 7 minutes by car from the Europa-Park in Rust! Delicious restaurants and an ice cream parlor are within walking distance. A grocery store is about 2 minutes away, a bakery is also within a short distance. The apartment is modern, bright and high quality equipped. Free WIFI / W-Lan is available. Also a large LED TV with DVD player and various boards games.
