The house is about 100 m2 on two floors and is located a stone's throw from a larger farm building in the middle of the countryside in the Småland forests. You can get to Kalmar and Öland in 30-60 minutes and to Nybro to shop in ten. There are duvets, a wood-fired fireplace, a sauna in the forest and Doris the cat is happy to stay with you if you want to have company.

A cozy house in a small village. The house is surrounded by a small piece of forest and has a nice big garden. The front faces south and the back almost feels like living in a cabin in the woods. With different colored floors and the white walls, it is not a house you come across very often. With lots of light coming in through the large windows and a mix of new and old furniture, it creates a cozy atmosphere! Perfect for 2 people with a small child or dog.

Freshly built (2023) holiday home with its own swimming pier. The house is bright and nice with the swimming dock 25 meters from the house. The house has all the amenities. The outdoor environment will be updated over time with patios and the like. This village is located along the eastern road but still secluded thanks to the garden. Proximity to the sea, Strandtorp or Bjärby-badet not more than a few kilometers away and only 15 km to the bridge and barely 30 km to Kalmar makes it suitable for many different day trips.
