Nice modern apartment 50 meters from Sandvik harbor

Here you live a stone's throw from the cozy harbor of Sandvik in a newly-built apartment with all the amenities. The apartment is located behind Sandviks Hamnkrog, secluded but still close to everything. In the summer there are restaurants, cafés and ICA Close to everything within a few minutes walk. Swimming areas are within a few hundred meters or you take our bikes for your own secluded place. Öland offers many excursions for those who want to explore the island. After a day at the beach, you can enjoy the evening at the patio.

A well-lit bedroom features a spacious bed with decorative pillows and a light throw. Large windows provide natural light and a view of the surroundings. A small plant rests on the windowsill, adding a touch of greenery to the minimalist decor.

Very sensitive between apartments! Condominium at Strand Hotell Borgholm. 35m ². One bed, 180 cm. Can fit two extra mattresses on the floor that the guest brings if needed. Balcony, which is shared. There are two duvets and four pillows. Bed linens and towels are to be brought by the guest. Cleaning is done by the guest. Note the pool is open Mon-Fred 08-16, until 8/12, then it's closed and reopens on 3/28 -24. Then open all days 08-22. Please note that it is a 180 cm bed with an entire mattress, as you can see in the picture!

Beach apartment in 3 rooms and kitchen, 61 sqm, on the white beach in Köpingsvik. The property includes an outdoor pool which is open in summer time. Sea view from the apartment and patio. Private parking space and access to charging area for electric car. Restaurants, beach bar, bakery, grocery store and paddle court are very close. Köpingbbadens camping is located next to where, among other things, there are bikes to rent. If you want to play golf, Ekerum Golf Course is fine, which is 10 minutes away by car.

Quiet central accommodation with world heritage on the premises.

Here you live literally in the middle of a World Heritage site; in a beautiful 18th century house with the magnificent six-metre high end wall on the plot. The wall is part of the fortification that Erik Dahlberg started to build in 1690. You live in your own small apartment with toilet, shower, kitchenette and you have access to the beautiful garden. If you want to borrow a bike to get around the city, that's fine. The house is centrally located close to attractions, nice restaurants and nice bathing areas.

Your family will be close to everything when you stay in this centrally located apartment. 15 minutes walk to the city center. 10 minutes drive over the bridge to Öland. 5 minutes walk to a 4H farm. You have access to two bedrooms, double bed in one and single bed in the other. The sofa in the living room can also be made to a 160cm bed. A fully equipped kitchen with associated dining area for 6 people. Also available is a balcony with the forest as a neighbor. I hope you enjoy your stay!

It is an open floor plan at the top of a villa that is rented out. Separate apartment door that separates the other floors. Fully furnished and fully equipped - everything is from its own washing machine to cheese razor! There is a double bed and also a sofa bed (space for two) that can be extended. Remember to bring your own sheets and towels. Duvets and pillows are available. The apartment is located about 20 minutes by foot from the central station of Kalmar and 10 minutes walk to the sea.

Beautiful apartment located in Färjestaden, Öland. Fully equipped bathroom, complete kitchen with cutlery, glasses, crockery, pots, coffee maker, etc. HDTV, Apple TV for streaming. Three sleeping places, double bed, and sofa bed. Pool 5x10 meters. Pool maintenance on Wednesday, Saturday. Furnished terrace, sun loungers, gas grill, and outdoor furniture. Only renting guests are allowed to use/stay in the apartment, pool, and pool area. If these rules are not followed, eviction will occur.

Welcome to a nice 2 bedroom apartment with a kitchen (70 sqm). Located 400 meters from Kalmar Strait, close to Ölandsbron, close to beautiful hiking areas and 3 km to the city center. The apartment is in a quiet area but still central and close to everything Kalmar has to offer! There is a parking space on private property. It is no coincidence that Kalmar has been named Sweden's summer city! Small patio in a beautiful environment.
