The apartment is in the district of Schneppenbaum in the municipality of Bedburg-Hau. Ideal for bike tours on the lower Lower Rhine. It is quietly centrally located, supermarkets and bakers as well as a forest are within walking distance. The apartment is about 70 m² and has a new spacious kitchen, dining area for four people, comfortable sofa for relaxing and watching TV, a bedroom with double bed and enough space for a child's extra bed. Die Wohnung (ca. 49 m²) hat 1 Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, eine Wohnküche mit Schlafcouch (140cm x 210cm), ein Bad (ebenerdige Dusche), Waschmaschine, Gäste-WC.

Vacation in the monument Built around 1550 on an even older vaulted cellar, the house has a late medieval floor plan and is likely to have been used as a simple small commercial house between the Rhine and the market with the originally hall-like room height in the front and the office in the back. It may be the oldest commercial building in the trading town of Rees. The listed house was privately restored in cooperation with the monument authorities from 2017 to 2019.

The listed, loft-like accommodation offers 4 sleeping places with 2 double beds on two galleries. In the lower, open living area, another sleeping place can be prepared on the sofa bed. A baby crib is also available. The modern kitchen is well equipped for self-catering. Sauna (€30 extra as energy compensation) and fireplace provide relaxation on cold days, and the cottage garden on warm days. The bathroom with walk-in shower was completely newly installed in the barn.

In the immediate vicinity is the Kernwasserwunderland, the historic city center of Kalkar, Moyland Castle, the Roman city of Xanten and Anholt Castle.
