Oriented to south and located inside a quiet courtyard, this 20m2 studio was completely new refurbished in 2023 and includes all facilities and appliances for a self-sufficient unit, from a totally equipped kitchen to a bathroom and working space. The apartment is flooded with light and is located on the 4th floor of an apartment building. It is easily reached by elevator. The property is in the immediate vicinity of the Königsallee. It is therefore very good and centrally located. There is a great connection to public transport, lots of shopping, restaurants, bars and cafes are very close.
