Paradise on the Kaag

Live like a god on the Kaag! Spacious and bright new wooden family vacation home with a detached porch, equipped with all the comforts. Around the house is a fenced wooded area and grass of approx. 3,000 m2. Complete privacy. The dike is toward the water, and behind it is our exceptionally spacious jetty with space for 3 boats. We rent out our house, including our 5.7-meter motorboat (April to October, space for 6-8 people) and a sailboat (sailing experience required). It is possible to swim in the lakes.

Recently renovated comfortable house (64m2) at the water in the green heart of Holland, surrounded by windmills and cows right across the canal. Close to the main cities and the Kaag lakes: Amsterdam, Rotterdam, Delft, Zandvoort, Keukenhof 30, Schiphol-airport 15, Leiden 10 mins by car. During winter the house is also warm and cosy with floor heating. 4 canoes are available for you. Boats can be rented in the area, rental bikes delivered to the house. Free parking. Not suitable for non-swimmers.

Very central to Keukenhof, Noordwijk (10 min.), Amsterdam (25 min.), Leiden (15 min.), and The Hague (25 min.). Spacious and bright apartment with private patio/terrace, adjacent to the beautiful garden, in which is also the pool that you can use (not private use). The well-equipped kitchen and living room, and separate spacious bedroom and bathroom are full of comforts. Private entrance (from the outside of the house). The Jacuzzi can only be used by you. Parking on private property.

Welcome to the holiday apartment top two floors of the house. Own entrance from side of the house. There is a ground floor apartment (mine) and a two floor apartment above (for rent). House is on the water, with many trees, and windows. Big kitchen. Not good if you do not like open staircases. The main bedroom has an attic with extra bed . Close to a supermarket, and the bus to Schiphol (Amsterdam). You may see our dogs outside, and sometimes hear them, when they talk to eachtother.

Welcome to the quiet and cozy farmhouse in Rijpwetering, where once neighbor Tinus enjoyed rural life. Located on a residential area with a drawbridge, in the Groene Hart and yet centrally located between Amsterdam, Rotterdam and 7 km from Leiden. The residence consists of a complete and spacious house, with private entrance, a luxury kitchen and sheltered, green backyard. A wonderful base for cycling, walking and boating trips in the rural and water-rich area. Feel welcome!

Nice cozy guest house with double doors to a terrace with lots of evening sun, all equipped, in a rural area, close to water sport facilities (Kaag eiland). Highway access 2 minutes away, free parking, close to Amsterdam, Leiden, Haarlem (30 min) and beaches in Katwijk and Noordwijk (20 min). Nearest shops / supermarkets are in Nieuw Vennep (Hoogvliet or Jumbo, 5 minutes). Ideal position for cycling routes to the green hart and the coast.

Beautiful house (3) at waterside 20 km from A'dam

Located directly on the water, this resting place is an experience in the Randstad. The cottage is sustainably heated with heat recovery by a heat pump. Very rural but close to everything, as good as in the Kagerplassen. You can dock your boat with us. The apartment is fully equipped.
