Hof Seewind vacation apartment - right on the North Sea

Our apartment offers families, couples and cyclists the perfect starting point for a relaxing break on the North Sea coast. The apartment is located directly behind the dike on a farm with a large garden – quiet, close to nature and yet close to the coast. By bike you can reach the dike in a minute and on foot you can reach the North Sea in a few minutes. Since we live in the house ourselves, we are always there for you if you have any questions and are happy to give you tips for excursions or restaurants.

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus mit großem Garten in direkter Wasserlage am Kanal mit traumhaften Blick in die ostfriesische Landschaft. Das Haus wurde umfassend saniert und renoviert. Wichtig war uns dabei, den ursprünglichen Charakter beizubehalten und diesen mit heutigem Wohnkomfort zu verbinden. Regionalität, Nachhaltigkeit und Individualität waren unser Kompass. Am Rande des historischen Dorfkerns in ruhiger Lage, nur einen Katzensprung zum Deich, zum Hafen und zur Fähre nach Ditzum.

My apartment "Glück Ahoi" is located in a quiet yet central location on the island of Borkum and offers the perfect starting point for island tours, beach excursions and bike tours. Restaurants and the town center are within walking distance. The lovingly furnished apartment offers a bedroom with box spring bed and a cozy living room with open kitchen and access to the south balcony. A private beach chair on the north beach from April 1 - September 30 is included!

Kornboden in Pilsumer Hof

In the enchanting Warfendorf Pilsum, about five minutes from the Pilsum lighthouse, is the apartment Kornboden in the Pilsumer farm. The building dates back to 1551 and is considered one of the oldest buildings in Pilsum. Directly in Pilsum there is a restaurant and café, approx. 2 minutes' walk. A small village shop is also located about 2 minutes' walk. Here you can buy rolls and other items. The harbor town of Greetsiel is just under 5 minutes away.

Located directly on the Harle River, you have found an exceptionally beautiful place all to yourself. And you support us with your vacation in restoring and preserving our windmill. Relax – in our cozily furnished Groot Stuv. As you enter the apartment, you will find yourself in the spacious living room with integrated kitchen and cozy dining table. The Groot Stuv has two bedrooms. One facing south with a large double bed and one facing east with a single bed plus day bed with sitting area. The bathroom is equipped with a large shower. On the north side there is a terrace where you can have breakfast or sunbathe.

The listed house was extensively renovated in 2020/21 with a lot of love. The tastefully furnished house has lost none of its charm and originality. Witnesses to its old age are the original parquet and plank floors in the living rooms and bedrooms and terrazzo floors in the kitchen. The house is very carefully furnished with beautiful softwood antiques. In sunshine, life takes place outside on the terrace in the enclosed garden.
