In the middle of the East Frisian countryside, there is a 1-room apartment at your disposal, which contains a double bed for two people, but can be increased to 4-5 people by an existing sofa bed and another couch. The apartment has a separate entrance. The entire property is at your disposal for your relaxation. Your big and small four-legged darlings are also welcome! A horse box is still available in the stable. Otherwise, in summer there is plenty of space on the lush pastures. A riding arena is also available. In the apartment there is a small kitchenette with cooking facilities and a microwave. The apartment at Apartmenthuus König is centrally located in the popular Friedrichstraße pedestrian zone in the heart of Norderney – and thus also very close to the beach promenade. The central location makes the holiday apartment an ideal starting point for both shopping trips and long walks on the beach. The apartment is on the first floor and features a living area with a sofa bed, a separate bedroom with box-spring beds, and a bathroom. The apartment is ideal for two people. Dogs are allowed. All of our houses are non-smoking.

Our vacation apartment, Abendsonne, is located on the ground floor right on the beach on the beautiful car-free North Sea island of Wangerooge. The non-smoking apartment is 26 square meters and is perfect for 2 people. Dogs are welcome. It has a cozy living/sleeping room with a comfortable sofa bed and access to the sheltered south-facing balcony. The kitchen is separate. In the daylight bathroom you will find a shower with a deep entrance. The in-house paid sauna and indoor pool are happy to use.

Cosy&comfortable house in citycenter; free parking

A cosy, authentic house down-town east. Fully equipped, very comfortable. You can spot the 'Martinitoren' from the house! Within a 5 minutes walk you are on the 'Grote Markt'. Many restaurant and pubs are in the neighbourhood. The academic hospital (UMCG) is at a 100 meters-distance. Big plus is the parking-space in our secluded back-yard (for that: max. height of your car around 5'10). In the living-room is a Smart-TV (you can enjoy Netflix with your own subscription). A great place to stay!

Welcome to our cozy apartment! Centrally located & within walking distance to the beach. The bright apartment offers a spacious living and dining area with a kitchenette, a large dining table, and a cozy sitting area. The separate bedroom has a comfortable double size bed. The sofa in the living area can be used as an additional sleeping option, allowing the accommodation of up to four people. There are restaurants, cafes, shopping, and the beach within easy walking distance.

Monument-protected bakery in the town center of Rysum: Live in exceptional ambiance. Spacious living-dining kitchen, three bedrooms, bathroom with corner tub, one shower room. Light-flooded living room with TV in the gable. Wifi but wobbly! Two small terraces. Bicycle shed. The path to the small "secret" beach by car: From Rysum to Emden, turn right towards KNOCK, turn to the end of the road (STRANDLUST), park your car and walk north on the water...

The vacation rental "Groote Kaat" is located on the Sommerpolderhof in the Krummhörn between Norden and Emden. The shrimp cutter port of Greetsiel can be reached in 10 minutes from here. The apartment is 75 m² and has a large bedroom with a double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m) and another bed (0.80 x 2.00 m). A private (fenced) garden area, adjacent to that of the neighboring vacation apartment, with a spacious terrace and sun loungers completes the offer.

The Sandkasten house is an old farm from which the barn was newly expanded. Here you will find 10 cozy Rooms with two single beds each, so that up to 20 people can be accommodated with us. The rooms face the north and south sides of the farm. In the middle of the barn is the shared kitchen and 5 bathrooms. The barn offers several cozy sitting areas, as well as a large dining area. In addition, there is a lounge with exit to the terrace.

Stranddistel Villa Medici, Norderney

The Stranddistel is located on the ground floor of the beautiful and centrally located Villa Medici and has a separate, weather-protected entrance. Just 150 meters from the spa square and 200 meters from the Westbadestrand, 44 m² of individually furnished old buildings with high ceilings and lovingly selected details ensure cozy hours. The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people.
