Sommerhus der emmer af hygge og nærvær. Huset er placeret i hjertet af Juelsminde med kun 80 m til en skøn og børnevenlig sandstrand. Huset har en stor nyanlagt terrasse, hvor der er rig mulighed for at fange dagens solstråle og har derudover et lækkert vildmarksbad, som kan nydes året rundt. I haven er det en trampolin til børnene. Ikke langt fra huset er der en stor og fantastisk legeplads. Ca 1 km til nærmeste indkøb og 1,5 km til et fantastisk havneområde med byliv og restauranter.
