KT’s Cottage Tiny Home near the Suwannee River

KT’s Cottage is located just minutes outside the city limits of Historical Downtown Live Oak and the beautiful Suwannee River. If you are passing through for business or to enjoy the area, I hope you will find our cottage’s accommodations are more than satisfactory. There is a queen bed downstairs as well as a queen in the loft, with plenty of extra pillows and blankets for your comfort. Coffee, tea & bottled water are included. Enjoy grilling while relaxing in the swing or sitting by a campfire

A-frame near Madison Blue Springs

Get away from it all when you stay under the stars. Our A-frame Hobbit House is cozy and dry and sleeps 2 . The Aframe has electricity and AC in the summer months and heater for the cooler months. There is an outdoor bathhouse that is shared with the other people on the property. Outside, there is a picnic table, chairs, gas grill with burner, and firepit. You are welcome to use the firewood found on our property. Please note we have two very friendly golden retrievers and chickens on property.

You will have eggs from our chickens, goats to feed here at our great family farm. A beautiful fire pit for evening fun. With a bar-b-que provilion equipped with charcoal grills and a great outside dinning table. We have a beautiful outside shower and a new 3 cage frisbee golf course and the evening stars are spectacular, with the sounds of nature everywhere.

The apartment, in a multi unit house, is just for you. A tandem kayak is available for your use. Only 8 min to I-75, 19 min to Wild Adventures, VSU, & SGMC

The surrounding areas in Jennings and Jasper offer kayaking, rafting, fishing, boating, horseback trails for your horses and hunting opportunities. River Retreat

In the heart of Florida's cave diving region. Located right on the Suwannee River. Near by attractions; Royal Spring with Boat Ramp; 4 miles; Little River Spring; 8 miles;Troy Spring; 17 miles; Blue Hole Spring; 20 miles; Ichetucknee Spring; 22 miles; . As of now, the dock and stairs going down to the river are under re-construction. But can still get down to the river. I have 3 large dogs, let me know when you might arrive. So I can have them inside.

3/2 double wide mobile home nestled quietly away from the hustle bustle of life. This place is amazing and only 2 stones throw away from the Spirit of the Suwannee park. The first thing you'll notice is the quietness and birds especially if you're not used to hearing them. Our place is off the main road with many trails around for hiking as well as biking, just a short walk away you can hike to the Suwannee river for canoeing/kayaking adventures.

A piece of heaven at Cherry Lake will have you feeling heavenly during your stay! On the waterfront property sit a two bedroom, one and a half bath trailer that has the feel of a cozy home. The city of Madison has a historic district and one of the cutest downtowns in Florida lined with antique shops and locally owned eateries.
