The place is in the middle of nowhere, but within a humanly reachable distance of several attractions and services. The nearest shops are about 15 minutes' drive and public transport (train) is about 5 km from the property.

In the summer, convenient e-bikes can be rented from a nearby stop. Downstairs in the house, an idyllic wooden sauna with cooler spaces. There's an apple and plum trees in your own quiet yard. In the summer, you can apply for raspberries on top of the porridge, or you can cycle an apple pie from the stitches in the yard or just on the hammock.

The studio includes a living area, fully equipped kitchen, and clean bathroom. For extended stays, a washing machine is accessible outside the studio. The window faces the street with some car noise. A lovely cabin on the shore of Kalkkistenkoski. On the terace you can grill, eat, enjoy the evening sun, lounge on the deck chairs or see the local bird populations. The cabin also has a sauna, hot tub and an indoor fireplace. The cabins kitchen has the essentials for cooking and the barbeque and outdoor fireplace can also be used for cooking. The kitchen and sauna have warm water and drinking water will be delivered to the cabin. The cabin has an outdoor composting toilet.
