This former farmhouse on Aquidneck Ave comfortably sleeps 6 guests in a homely living style with a large yard, BBQ area and off street parking. Expect traditional features and quirks of an older property in our former home that we loved and enjoyed. A healthy walk to beaches, bars/ eateries, a short drive to Newport and a central location for everything the island has to offer!

Beautiful Cape Cod Home 5 Minutes from the Beach and 10 minutes from Downtown Newport! Parking in Driveway Full eat in kitchen and great outdoor deck with Weber gas grill for steaks and burgers. Also enjoy the fire pit in the backyard with your guests! Can sleep a couple more guests on a provided Queen air mattress.

My Grandfather was a Ham Radio operator ( the antenna is still in the back yard). He converted the back porch into an office; now it is a small one room efficiency with a private bathroom. The room is approximately 14.5' x 10' with 7' ceiling(4.4×3×2.1m). The bath is a 5.5' x 5.5' with 6.5' ceiling (1.7×1.7×2m).
