This small studio apartment is located right next to the sea, with closest beach just a minute away. Just steps away from UNESCO world heritage site Euphrasian Basilica as well as the shops and restaurants. There is a parking space in the garden free of charge - (not suitable for large vehicles such are vans and larger). Small pets are welcome. There is a fee of 8 euros a day for a pet payable on the arrival. If you have large pet or more than one pet please contact me prior to reservation.

All rooms are furnished to excellent standard, in an elegant country style with original beds. House contains 3 bedrooms and each has a bathroom with shower. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table. In living room there is a flat screen TV and folding sofa. Outside of the house there is terrace. Every room has air conditioning and access to free WI-FI.

My attic is located on the fourth floor of a period building, there is no elevator, but the steps are low and not too tiring, I will help you carry your luggage. The area is central, two minutes from the train station and the bus terminal. Piazza Unità d'Italia is a 10-minute walk away. There are also many city bus lines in the area. Around the house, parking is free and with a little luck you can find a free one. In the area, there are public garages for a fee.

It is a 20 sqm apartment consisting of a small double bedroom, bathroom and living area with sofa bed. The home is very special, with furniture designed to make all spaces useful. Nearby is a coin-operated laundry, a pastry shop, two supermarkets and a pharmacy. The city center is easily accessible on foot or by bus.

This place's real value does not lie indors, but outdoors. It has a spacious terrace, a garden with fruit trees and open access to the meadows and forest. Tourist tax (2,5 €/person/night) is included in price! It is comfortable for 2 adults. For 3 it is a little crowded.
