It is 2 minutes walk of one of the best breakfast places in town, 4 minutes walk from fine dining, close to several great restaurants, TPC, several golf courses etc. This is an amazing area that offers something to everyone. This is a great beach apt. located on the 1st floor. walk 1 short block to the beach and put your toes in the sand. This neighborhood is close to everything, we even have a local coffee shop a few doors down. Cute space with all tile floors and comfy furniture to kick back and relax after a day in the sun.
