Very good access to the center of Bratislava 20 min by car and quick connection to the highway in about 5 min. To Vienna it is 1 hour by car. In the vicinity you will find groceries, restaurants, cafes, shops, a pharmacy.

The little house, which is situated on the common land with the family house we live in. The house has a terrace with a fireplace and a sitting area overlooking the garden. There are 2 separate rooms and a bathroom with the sauna (for 2 people), which can be used. Bedroom has a queen bed, the living room is equipped with a pull-out couch offering comfortable sleep for 2 guests. There is no kitchen, so you can´t cook. Comfy Sudio close to the city centre

The studio is very well located, 15 minutes walking distance from the city centre, tram and bus stops are located 30 metres from the house. There is a grocery shop 30 metres from the house, as well as coffee shops, bars and restaurants. I would like to point out the proximity of the tram under the windows; if you are sensitive to noise, my accommodation is not suitable for you.
