Winter: Be the first on the lift in the morning and relax by the fire in the evening. The area is home to amazing hiking trails, wineries, incredible golf, water park and all round spectacular scenery. One of the only true three bedroom units in the Village.

B&B 44 is a 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom home located in Arcadia Village down the street from Greek Peak Mountain Resort and Hope Lake Lodge. Located within walking distance from skiing, hiking, mountain biking, fishing and canoeing, and within two hours of driving to nearby Ithaca, Rochester and Syracuse, you can visit any time of year for a relaxing or action-packed getaway. This home originally belonged to our grandparents, who ran a bed and breakfast for 40 years.

Enjoy our best location and Ideal for a family getaway, just steps from 4 lifts, everything you will need is right there, Pro Shop, Tune Up or rental steps away. Bristol works with reloadable ski tickets/passes wear on left side when you use. You can load online and we have lots, look in drawer under microwave and save $5 each or walk that ticket over to Bristol Mountain and they will help, very friendly and no crowds, love this place.
