Full house with two bedrooms plus an en-suite, all with air-conditioning. It has an exit to two streets. The front is on Rua Hermínio Dagnoni 67 and in the back is Rua Espírito Santo, which gives access beach, very close, about 130 meters. The beach is between the 2nd and 3rd Pedra, in Balneário Itapema do Norte, Itapoá-SC. The house is a few meters from the center/shops, bars, restaurants, markets, bakery and the sea. You can do everything on foot. Great beach.

Paradise in Itapoá Beach SC/Brazil

Our house is located in a cul-de-sac and "hidden" area. Space and tranquility, rustic and elegant comfort. We have a ruler who is available to guests if they wish. We don't have walls or fences, but freedom and well being. Beautiful view and a wonderful pool. For those who want peace and tranquility our house is perfect. Wifi available, water and electricity included in the rate. Home for families and groups of friends! Welcome to this experience!

Comfortable and cozy house in the heart of Itapoá; 3 minutes walk from Second Pedra Beach. We are close to supermarkets, pharmacy, small shops, restaurants and snack bars; but the house is also equipped for chefs and cooks; from barbecue to paellera. 8 people can be accommodated peacefully! The garage holds up to 3 cars. And there's still a great backyard to enjoy! It's a delicious Jacuzzi to relax. It's a perfect place for your vacation! <3

Here you and your family will feel at home, with great comfort. The townhouse has 3 suites on the upper floor and 1 bedroom on the ground floor, all with hot/cold air. You will have a lot of convenience, in a large room on the ground floor next to the bathroom, preventing elderly people from having to climb stairs. We offer bedding, bath, blankets, beach chairs and sun wardrobe. ⭐ 2 double duvets during the winter. We have a fondue pot 🔥
