Duplex located in a residential area, ideal for resting and walking. You can find supermarkets, cafes, restaurants, take-away, pharmacy, laundry. Ideal for ride the bike, walks and sport or fishing. You are 75m from the Guadiana River and a few minutes of the best beaches in the area. A tourist train can take you to the beach. About 950m away is the Sports Complex with its High Performance Training Centre. Free parking about 300 metres away. You can park 2 bic in entrance to the house.

Villa Palmeira - Spacious villa for 6 people

The villa in Luz de Tavira is located in a rural area and surrounded by typical Portuguese houses, greenery and close to the highway, making it a good base for exploring the region. Within walking distance is a local food market, cafes, pharmacy and an ATM. Renting a car is highly recommended, we have a double carport, free parking on the property and the villa is fully fenced & closed off with a gate. The whole property, house and swimming pool are private (our pool is not heated)

La maison est très bien située pour découvrir les territoires environnants avec les plus belles plages et très proche de la frontière avec le Portugal (2 km). Le quartier est calme et isolé. Paradise nestled in an ecological reserve. A breathtaking environment. Spectacular sunsets, Mediterranean scents. Charming house and small infinity pool. Absolute calm, inspiring walks. Tavira is a 14-minute drive away. Living room with fireplace, bedroom upstairs (double bed), small living room with extra bed (convertible sofa 1 or 2 people; communicates with the bedroom), nice and well-equipped kitchen, shower room and toilet.
