In posizione centrale e distante solo 1km da tutte le attrazioni della città di Siracusa. A pochi passi dalla baia dello Sbarcadero e da Calarossa, in Ortigia, è anche possibile fare un tuffo al mare. Il Vecchio Loft, è in un tranquillo quartiere, la borgata, con posti auto sempre disponibili intorno e con un mercatino delle Pulci ogni domenica mattina in Piazza Santa Lucia.
