Relax in this centrally located quiet space. This apartment is on the first floor with a balcony. It's simple, cozy and modern. Upon entering there is the living room with a TV and a very comfortable double sofa bed and large windows. In the second room there is an open kitchen, table, chairs and washing machine. Independent house, quiet, elegantly furnished ,comfortable. Flowered courtyard,terrace,penthouse with kitchen, living room corner, air conditioning,wifi. Two steps from Ortigia and Teatro Greco,near the bus and train stop. Wonderful beaches can be reached with a 10 min drive It is to be considered extra the tourist tax of €2.00 per person per night. Children under 12 stay for free.
