At walking distance from the Cala Rossa beach and access to the Solarium, near Pubs, Pizzerias and Restaurants, the stop of the electric bus is close to home. It consists of a cozy kitchen, a living room with a loft on which there is the bedroom, a bathroom with shower and a 20 sqm terrace, equipped with Wi-Fi. It is furnished and cared for in every detail to make your stay truly comfortable. The "Self Check-In" service is active, but I always prefer to personally welcome my guests.

Located 400 meters from the enchanting Piazza Duomo and 200 meters from the Solarium Forte Vigliena, the elegant "Loft del Teatro" vacation home enjoys a strategic position for visiting the beauties of the island of Ortigia. The property is a large open space, with a kitchen, bathroom, laundry room and living area on the ground floor and a bedroom with a study corner in the loft. The apartment boasts designer furniture and fine linens.

The house, recently renovated, is located in Giudecca, an ancient Jewish neighborhood, wifi is unlimited and at no additional cost, possibility to rent the apartment next door. Please note that the tourist tax will be paid cash on site and is equal to 4% of the amount of the stay.

It is a 5-minute walk from the train and bus stations. Fully equipped. Ideal location for visiting the historic center. Availability of two other studios (to be booked separately) in the same building therefore convenient for family members or 2 couples of friends.
