The houseboat has to seperate appartments in each end of the ship, with seperate entrances from each end of ship.

Togturen til lufthavnen tager 40 min. Oplader til elbil 25 m fra huset. Gratis parkering ved huset. Der er udendørs trampolin fra 21 april og til og med efterårsferie.

Located in walking distance to the beach (5 min), restaurants (5 min), groceries (5 min), Waves shopping center (20 min) and train station (20 min). Copenhagen is only 20-25 min away by train. Free parking, fully equipped kitchen, bedroom with double bed (140x200), a sofabed is available in the living room, bathroom with heated floor, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, free wifi & smart TV .

Annex close to forest, beach, Kbh

The annex contains: 1 small bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 single bed. 1 living room with 1 large sofa, where 1-2 people can sleep. 1 small kitchenette with refrigerator, 2 hotplates and microwave. 1 very small toilet with shower. The annex needs to be repaired, so it doesn't look great, but it works, and we think it's nice to be out there. Our garden is "wild on purpose", but we haven't quite "tamed" it yet. (so it seems a little messy) We live in the house next door.

Simpel og praktisk bolig til en fornuftig pris. Anneks i tilknytning til huset, men med egen indgang. 10 minutters gåtur til stranden og nærmeste S-tog, og 22 minutter med tog til København. Et værelse med sovesofa (160 cm bred slået ud) og fjernsyn og et med tekøkken, spisebord og lille sovesofa (160 cm bred slået ud). Large south-facing wooden terrace in a lovely enclosed garden, on an 800 m2 plot. 10 minutes to Køge. And 45 minutes to Copenhagen. 15 minutes to Stevens Klint. The house is not rented to families with children under 8 years of age.
