During this critical times, we take high measures to stay healthy and hope you do too. The 3 bed room home is private and 1 of 2 homes located on the front of the property. We are close to various local eateries, supermarkets, hiking trails, Santa Fe Dam and Old Town Monrovia. We are less then 20 minutes away from Santa Anita Horse Race, City of Hope and Irwindale Speedway. On Fridays we have a Farmers Market in Old Town. 30 min away from Yamava Casino.

It is close to the I-10 and I-605 highways as well as the Baldwin Park Metrolink Station. The 800-acre Santa Fe Dam recreational park is also less than 3 miles away, where lots of outdoor recreational activites are available!
