Overlooking the Chilterns, dating back to 1740 Marquis House was originally a pub. The Barn is where the beer was kept, but now it offers sumptuous accommodation for you to relax. Independent access and self contained for your privacy. The Barn has everything you need including a log burner and 50" TV in the lounge, a hand made King Size bed and an extensive kitchen including a dishwasher, washing machine and coffee machine (open the stable door to take in the view). Optional log fired hot tub.

Our 'Home from Home' tastefully converted large double garage, has a fully fitted kitchen, lounge, bedroom, wet-room, private patio garden with decking and raised planting. Set in a quiet rural location, the village of Langford has a selection of small shops, including a garden centre, chip-shop, pharmacy , pub and post office.

Brand new detached house in an elevated position above a quiet rural lane. Great night skies and horses in the field next door. Outside sitting area and private parking. Lovely king sized double bed with views and high quality bedding. Local eggs provided for breakfast. The Acorn is in the heart of the village so it’s very easy to walk anywhere and find 2 great pubs. Cute 1 bedroom house with pool / ping pong table.

The house is bright and airy with access to a very large garden. Here in the old market town of Biggleswade, you're just a 35min train ride into central London. A large retail park with a range of shops is situated behind the house, just a 60 second walk away. It’s a 20min walk into the town centre where there are many restaurants, shops, pubs, salons, etc and the train station. 10 minute walk to two different swing parks.
