Das Haus liegt inmitten eines ebenfalls denkmalgeschützten Parks, der ausschließlich den Feriengästen zugänglich ist. Das Grundstück ist auf allen Seiten von der „Üselitzer Wiek“, einer unter Naturschutz stehenden Meeresbucht im Süden Rügens, umgeben. Alle Fotos in diesem Inserat wurden auf dem Gutsgelände selbst aufgenommen.

Kleiner Ferienbungalow freistehend für bis zu 5 Personen. Optimal zu zweit oder zu dritt. 5 wäre eher 2 Erwachsene mit 3 Kids im mittleren Alter. Ideal für Leute die Ruhe suchen "ohne" den ganzen Touritrubel, mit Naturständen in der Nähe. Palmer Ort, Gelbes Ufer oder Campingplatzstrand Pritzwald (siehe Fotos). Unweit vom Ferienhaus entfernt befindet sich Boddengewässer. Bis Stralsund sind es 26 Kilometer, bis Binz 32. Sie sind innerhalb einer halben Stunde fast an allen Hotspots der Insel.

Auf einem ursprünglichen Bauernhof haben wir mit viel Liebe ein Ferienhaus zum Träumen geschaffen. Wer Ruhe und Entspannung sucht ist hier genau richtig! Ein großer Garten lädt zum Verweilen ein. Abends kann man gemütlich am Feuer sitzen oder auf der bequemen Couch bei einem Glas Wein ein Buch lesen. Von Groß Markow aus kannst Du die Umgebung mit dem Rad oder mit dem Auto erkunden. Der Ort liegt zwischen dem Kummerower und Teterower See. Die Ostsee erreicht man in nur einer Stunde.
