The 1-bedroom apartment was completely renovated in 2025. Centrally located - only 5 minutes from the train station - you can reach the untouched nature in a few minutes. The apartment has a terrace, garden and an underground parking space. Children are very welcome and up to 6 years we do not charge any additional costs. We do not have a Playstation but we have the forest as probably the largest, most versatile and creative playground there is for young to old behind the house.

There is comfortable space for 4 guests in a double bed and on a double sofa bed. The terrace with garden area invites you to sunbathe, chill and barbecue at any time. Our guests enjoy pure nature right on the Jakobsweg with wonderful cultural landscape, huge forest area and great mountain panorama.

The apartment is set back in the courtyard/garden or on the Lech and completely on the 2nd floor. Above the Lech you can enjoy a romantic view of the former monastery of St. Mang and the High Castle at your feet. Shopping, strolling, dining out... possible without transportation.
