King Ludwig's Old Neighbour

Welcome to the house of my childhood memories. It is located right below the castles of Neuschwanstein and Hohenschwangau, surrounded by lakes and mountains. Inspired by the contrast between heritage and sharing economies, the designer Michl Sommer and his team of featuring-amsterdam have created this microcosm inside the traditional neighbourhood of Hohenschwangau. The 180 sqm living area provides generous space, and the 1'400 sqm garden is large enough for football games.

A charming wooden chalet is presented with multiple balconies adorned with vibrant flower boxes. The building is surrounded by lush trees, set against a backdrop of mountains, highlighting the idyllic alpine village atmosphere.

Experience mountain romance and stunning views in Brandberg. A true mountain village, and still surprisingly close to Mayrhofen and the cable cars! Brandberg is tucked away between gentle giants like the Brandberger Kolm and the Ahornspitze. Our south-facing village is located at the entrance to the Zillergrund valley. 1,092 hm above sea level. Brandberg is known as the "sunny village", as an opening between the mountains on the south let's it bathe in the sun.

A compact bathroom features vibrant yellow tiles that cover the walls. A toilet and a small sink are situated within the space. A wooden shelf holds several rolls of toilet paper, with a window allowing natural light to enter.

Im ruhigen Dorfkern von Haiming haben wir im - 1. Stock! - unseres großen, älteren Hauses drei Zimmer, Essraum, Küche, Bad, WC mit dem was uns zur Verfügung steht, freundlich eingerichtet. Am Eingang des Ötztales sind wir mit Bahn bzw.Bus (zu Fuß ca.10 bzw. 3 min) und PKW (P beim Haus) bestens erreichbar und an Innsbruck und sämtliche Freizeitangebote dieser Region angebunden. Bauernladen, Bäcker, Fleischer sind um´s Eck, 5 min zum "MiniEKZ" im Dorf.
