The apartment is newly equipped and rustic elements such as the wood-burning stove from Uroma or the Tyrolean parlor ensure coziness and special vacation hours. The apartment, lovingly combining tradition and modernity will let you calm down and recharge your batteries instantly. A closeby cable car enables you to all kinds of mountain sports in summer and winter. Yet- even those, who just "stay and relax" will feel at home. WIFI, TV, BT-boxes, parking space are available free of charge; for the Sauna we take a small feey. Kitchen is well equipped .

Historical farm in Alpbach authentically restored. Isolated at an altitude of 1150 m. Apartment with private access. New kitchen with wood stove and bathroom. Old wooden floorboards and tiles with underfloor heating in all rooms. Sauna! IN SUMMER: private road to the farm! Narrow steep forest road, but easily accessible by four-wheel drive. Parking in front of the house. WINTER: Access by snow on the private road directly to the farm is not possible! Parking (=ski bus stop!) 1.3 km away.

Farm stay at an altitude of 1098 m

The apartment is located on a small plateau at 1098 meters on the sunny side of the Zillertal. Great views of the Zillertal. The whole house was newly built in 2010. Quiet location, farm with goats, alpacas, playground, many hiking trails, cycling or just enjoying the beautiful view. In winter, sledding, tobogganing, going on tours, snowshoeing. We have over 50 bee colonies on our estates, as well as many beekeeping products with tasting.
