With plenty of parking space outside the garage also offers a 2 Bay Area.

This quaint, cozy, country cottage is only minutes east of Batesville., AR. The cottage has 2 bedrooms and 1 bath, kitchen, laundry and lovely yard with pergola in back including firepit. Wifi is strong and fast and easy to stream. Beds are for 4 guests, but extra mattress can be used for 5th guest, Bathroom does have shower as well. Unique Terrace Studio Apartment on Batesville's Historic Main Street. The building has been in my family since it was built in the 40s and I love being able to share the apartment with my guests. It has been gutted to the studs and has new furniture and appliances. Urban/industrial feel. We are located 11.7 miles from Batesville and the beautiful White river! Just minutes from the Batesville Motor Speedway and just a short Drive to Heber springs and Mountain View.

Tucked away in a quiet wooded area this is a great place to unwind and recharge. Enjoy your cup of coffee while sitting on the front porch being surrounded by nature. The kitchen is stocked with all the essentials for cooking. We have high speed Wi-Fi and a smart TV. There are trails in our woods that you are welcome to explore.
