Wir freuen uns auf Gäste in unserer gemütlichen Einliegerwohnung.Das Finkennest befindet sich in einem ruhigen Wohngebiet in Friedrichshafen, Stadtteil Manzell, nur ca. 10 Gehminuten (700 m)vom Seeufer ( Uferweg am See, kein Strandbad) entfernt.Der Campus am See der ZU ist ebenfalls in ca. 10 min zu Fuß erreichbar.Aber trotzdem ist die Innenstadt in ca 14min bequem mit dem Stadtbus erreichbar,das Messegelände in ca 30min ohne Umstieg. Lies bitte auch den Hinweis zur Kurtaxe hier weiter unten!

Gleichzeitig ist es ein prima Ausgangspunkt für viele Ausflüge nach Konstanz oder in die wunderschöne Umgebung . Zum See und sind es nur ein paar Minuten den Berg hinunter. Hier könnt Ihr schwimmen gehen oder mit der Fähre nach Meersburg übersetzen; und auch die Insel Mainau ist nicht weit. In die Altstadt führt ein schöner langer Uferweg oder der kostenlose, direkte Bus (ca. 15 min.).

Von unserem "Nurdachhaus" brauchst du nur 12 Minuten zu Fuß an den nächsten Badestrand. Sollte das Wetter mal nicht so mitspielen, gibt es in der Umgebung Thermen, Museen und viele weitere Ausflugsziele. Auch 2020 gibt's was neues für unsere Gäste: die Küche wurde großzügiger, heller und moderner umgebaut!

Unser Haus liegt idyllisch direkt am See mit einem traumhaften Blick in die Schweiz auf den Säntis und die Zeppelin Stadt "Friedrichshafen". Seit 8 Jahren sind wir erfolgreiche und glückliche Hosts, durften jede Menge tolle Menschen bei uns begrüßen, die auch gerne unser ganzes Haus gebucht hätten. Deshalb haben wir uns entschieden ab Ostern 22 unser ganzens Haus netten Gästen zur Verfügung zu stellen.
