The apartment itself is in the basement of an old Stickerhaus, that is an embroiderer house where once the famous embroidery of the region have been manufactured. We guarantee leisurely days in an unconventional place.

Quiet, comfortably furnished apartment in the attic of our well-kept detached house at the end of a playground, sunny balcony, kitchen-living room with sofa bed (140x200), bedroom with large Double bed in country style, cable TV, Internet access, nice large bathroom. Parking space for bicycles, parking at the house. The shore of Lake Constance, lawn and gardening directly on the lake only about 400m away, about 900m to the station Fischbach, to the fair about 6.5 km. Bakery and bus stop at 300m.

This cozy cottage offers you and your friends or family a cozy accommodation on Lake Constance. With lake and mountain views, you can enjoy the sun and relax on the terrace. From our "Nurdachhaus" you only need 12 minutes on foot to the nearest beach. If the weather is not good, there are thermal baths, museums and many other excursion destinations in the area. There is something new for our guests in 2020: the kitchen has been converted more generously, brighter and more modern!

Private oasis near the lake... Captain's House

Our apartment is very quiet and completely quiet in a parallel street to the lake. It is located on the 1st floor and has a beautiful all-round balcony with table and chairs for a nice day in the sun. Just a short stroll separates you from the shores of the natural beach and the other many tempting leisure activities. In the meantime, we also have a charging station for electric vehicles. You can store your car at the parking lot directly at the house

Beautiful, modern and bright apartment near the lake

The apartment is freshly renovated, very bright through the large windows and modernly furnished. The living room is the attic and has mountain and lake views. The bus stops towards Friedrichshafen and Meersburg / Überlingen are just outside the door. The lake is a 5-minute walk away and the outdoor swimming pool is a 3-minute walk away. There are various restaurants (hotels, Thai snacks, pizzeria, etc.) in the area and all within walking distance.

My accommodation (Fewo Luisa, about 27 sqm) is located in the old town of Meersburg, a stone's throw from the historic sights, facing a quiet side alley, surrounded by very good restaurants, cafes, bars as well as museums and shopping.
